advice needed - nasal bleeding - urdvag raktapitta

Alongwith the said medicine following 2 things are to be started for better results:

1: For treating urdvag raktapitta give some sort of virechana so that the gati (direction) of vata is changed and the bleeding stops and

2:for local nasya u can use durva swaras i.e grass juice or else can use sugar water

3:also try for suthshekar ras 2--0--2 or mix of praval bhasma + gulvel satva + godanti
