Guest guest
Aishwarya, A friend of mine had the same premenopausal problem as you. She did a yogic diet. It consisited of steamed beets and cottage cheese. I don't remember if that is all she ate or if she just had beets and cottage cheese at least once a day. She was fine afterwards and had twins. It is a 40 day diet. I would at least have beets and cottage cheese at least once a day. GB Question Premenopausal Diagnosis-Need Alternative Ideas I am a 42-year old American woman of mixed race. My father heritage in African and Native American Indian and my mother's is European (Welch and French). I have stopped having menstrual periods for 2 and 1/2 years now. I have most recently been diagnosed with Premature Ovarian Failure or Premature Menopause suspected to be the result of an autoimmune disease that I can find little research on in the literature. Furthermore, I have reason to question anything at all that comes out of the mouths of Western medicine. The context of the development of these symptoms I have given below that will explain why I have reservations. ------------------------ Sponsor --------------------~--> You can search right from your browser? Guest guest
Thank you so much. I will try anything. I would like to have a child if possible. If not, my life will be unchanged. Thus, if an option is available, there is no loss, from my standpoint, in trying. So if what you say is true, it is important for me to know, since I am predominantly vata and should not fast, whether she did eat something else, or how many times a day she ate this. Do you know? Or does anyone else have ideas here? Aishwarya <ayurveda> Question Premenopausal Diagnosis-Need Alternative Ideas Aishwarya, A friend of mine had the same premenopausal problem as you.
