how far ( in driving or walking distance) ,

is the venue for the public program

( the Renaissance  Parque Dining & Banquet & Convention Center)

from the Sheraton Prarkway North ?

About 20 minutes by car, an hour and change by public

transit (given the realities of the car-addicted

suburban sprawl in the 905 area).. definitely not

walkable.. there will be plenty of seva ops for

shuttle service between the public program site and

the hotel.. if your'e planning to come to Toronto and

have a van or large SUV, you might consider this seva,

assuming you can afford the gas, which by this summer

at the current gouge and screw rates should hit $4 US

a gallon or a buck and a half Canadian a liter..

people will be putting money into the tank that could

have gone for bhajan CDs or Amma bling-bling.. and

some will have to bag the Amma tour entirely because

they can't afford the cost of gas.
