Om Namah Shivaya,

I saw this video today about the leather trade in India and was completely shocked and horrified by what I learned. The images are quite disturbing, but looking away because it's difficult to witness is the exact reason this crime is flourishing.

Does anyone think that Amma would be interested in starting an aid program for these sacred creatures? Or possibly uniting with the Jain group that is trying to stop this utterly cruel and illegal practice in India?

Namah Shivaya,

This is a tear jerker.  But, maybe the Jain monks' prayers are being answered by this publicity.  I, for one, don't need to buy any more leather.  I'm asking my teenaged son to watch this video.  He quit eatting fowels after watching Peta's video on the treatment of chickens.   I think we should mention the cruel treatment of cows in Indi to Amma.  Thank you for sharing the link.

When I studied with Michio Kushi, a japaneese macrobiotic healer, he

said that out treatment of animals is one of the primary reasons for

war between people. Violence begets ignorance, and what comes around

goes around.

greetings my beloved brothers and sisters.this child hopes that this may add

some effective input to this incredible subject.if you briing an

animal, plant, peice of garbidge,AMMA WILL BOW TO IT.it is not AMMA who

wrestles with who and what to love .or when and where to love .it is the

mind that distracts us and asked these questions.

there is the organizaton of AMMA and there is you.whenever this child sets

off to serve,he has never analized it at all.somehow through HER GRACE this

idea of the heart combined with being willing to actually to manifest what

was in this heart, two seva projects have been launched.

whenever this child sets out to love,he never asked himself whether or not

this is what AMMA wants.AMMA ALWAYS WANTS US TO DO GOOD and to serve in

whatever way we can.

this is the SIMPLE TRUTH.NO ONE CAN TELL YOU WHAT what your calling is.that

is something that you will no.if it is to serve and protect animals then DO

IT.dont just do it .DO IT WITH EVERYTHING YOU HAVE.put your all into it.dont

waste time figuring a lot out.LET THE INNOCENCE OF YOUR HEART GUIDE YOU.

IF THE IDEA TO SERVE THE ANIMALS CAME FROM YORU HEART THEN this child

believes with all of his heart that it was AMMA HERSELF who put the idea

there.

when this child approached AMMA with the idea to bring HER lost and

destitute children to recieve HER darshan,THIS CHILD ALREADY NEW THAT SHE

had placed the resolve in this heart in the first place.talking to HER

PHYSICAL BEING was a way for this child to become fearless and to get

humble.

this world is in a lack of LOVE period.if it is you can love and animal

with your entire being then do it with everything you got.your love for them

will effect the entire planet in a positive way.

if it is in your heart, dont doubt it just do it.
