Guest guest
Namashkar, A questions has been floating in my mind- Luxmi-the godess of wealth is known as very chanchal- she never stays at one place- she makes a man millionaire, then leaves him next day. She keeps us on our toes- her ride is the owl, who destroys our buddhi. Another version says she is the epitome of pureness(esp the Tantric texts who also call her Kamla). So she only stays with that man who reminds her of Vishnu- eternally kind, loving to all. But how many times do we see evil people becoming rich, and kind ones very poor! Karma aside, Luxmi doesnt usually come to pure hearted people(note:usually). So is Luxmi the Goddess of purity(Satogun) who is ever loving, and who cannot stay at the house of evil, self obsessed people, or is she the force of maya, ever to confuse and blight us? Or is she both? Visit your group "" on the web. Terms of Service.

Well there may be two explanations. As per vedantic explanation Laxmi is the shakti of Vishnu who is operator form of God. So he uses Luxmi to run the universe according to his laws. ...somewhere sending laxmi to serve, somewhere to spoil the mind. Even those who are Hari Bhakta, are not served by Laxmi, it is again Vishnu who controls Laxmi...how much shuld she reach the Bhakta so as he is not distracted from the path of Moksha. As per tantrik tradition, Laxmi (Kamla) is one of the ten mahavidyas, which were manifested to keep shiva entangled as Jiva in the universe. As per tatric tradition, Laxmi shakti uses her power of wealth and comforts to hypnotise the Jiva and keep his desire alive to remain in the universe. The real Tantrik on the path of becoming Shiva, is not allured by Laxmi...but wins her over by his Tapas, and laxmi becomes his servant....he uses her for good purposes while enjoying her with wisdom. Sage Narad once asked Laxmi,' Mother you are so beautiful so gorgeous...but tell me why your feet and your forehead have shades of black, which look odd on your bright pink color ?' Laxmi replied," son my feet have become black because millions in the world are rubbing their forehead on my feet requesting me to come to them. and my forehead has become black...because I keep rubbing my forehead on the feet of Bhaktas...to allow me to let me in to their household to serve them !!!' Understanding Laxmi, we will understand a little bit of Maya,...who is alluring as well as purifying both !! love baba " on the web. Terms of Service. Not once did he stop to worry or cry, but he kept talking. When his partner a sadhu asked him why he wasnt worried he said "Let the firefighters try to stop the fire- its their job- why sould I worry? Its Gods Mahal anyway, he can take it back if he wants". Osho(Rajneesh) was rich-but he was still enlightnened. He used his money to open Ashrams, even a city in US. > I think Laxmi is obstacle to Moksha I think it is the attachement to Luxmi, or even relatives/property that is obstacle, not the actual money. Why blame the Devi if you cant control your own mind?
Guest guest
Lord shri Samarth Ramdas swami was very clear about Laxmi, He says " prpanchi suvarna ,parmarthi panchikaran" It means Laxmi is very very useful, or say "must" in material life, while in spirituality instead of denying use of her, he says "elementisation( putting everything in 5 elements) which is called as Panchikaran is must when lamxi becomes useless. --- shanracer <no_reply> wrote: > > is there any example of rich man becoming > elightened or enlightened > > becoming rich? > > > > > Yes- King Janak was both enlightened and rich- once > when he was > discussing philosophy, his Mahal caught fire. Guest guest
Dear shantanu, Lord shri Gorakshnath has written "sidhdha sidhdhant padhdhati" .It is one of his many wonderful scripts. This book is specifically on Panchikaran" which i say as elementisation. There are many books too including Lord shri samarth Ramdas swamiji , sadanand rele etc. The human body is separeted in five elements like earth, water, fire, space and air. Bones ,fluid, breath, they are sagregated in the form of five elements.Shabda sparsh, roop, rasa gandha.thses are the panch tanmatras. The person who practises to affirm his concepts as elementised gets detached from physical body internally and gets no pain when leaving this body or while entering into meditation. I mean to say when you physical body itself has dissolevd into five elements what the money or the role of Laxmi is there?.The elementisation has scope upto astral body too. When some one enters into the spiritual world it becomes immaterial whether he is rich or poor. The inner world knows only to give up rather than collect the thing which we understand as in form of laxmi. I meant to say that Laxmi (the wealth) wont make any difference in spiritual progress and is usefull only in material life. That was quote by Lord Samarth Ramdas and it specifies what needs where. In material world Gold(suvarna) laxmi is must and in spiritual world Panchikaran (detachment)is must. --- shanracer <no_reply> wrote: > > > It means Laxmi is very very useful, or say "must" > in > > material life, while in spirituality instead of > denying > > use of her, he says "elementisation( putting > > everything in 5 elements) which is called as > > Panchikaran is must when lamxi becomes useless. > > > Hello Uday, > > Can you pls describe what you mean by > "elementisation", and how it > makes Luxmi useless? > > Thanks > Shantnu > > > > > > > > Tired of spam?
