Guest guest
Hi master Richard Brown, Was the gem cheats like oiling dyeing and treating, in practise during the period of Sri Suta Goswami? Here what happens is- People go to any local astrologer, recommended by others in this way- "oh that guruji is very famous. People come to him from distant places". Thats it and people get curious. He recommends the gemstone, and just for the sake of acomplishing the remedial task told by 'guruji', they go to buy the gem, thinking only about the benifitcial results in the mind; the importance of gem quality is out of interest and thinking. (who will explain them and how?)(Whether it was according to Anukool or Pratikool is out of question and knowledge). The jeweller says, for eg - these all are emeralds, people take according to their budget and choice. Some people like to wear clear stones, some people take darker ones. Depends on individual likings, but infact anyway all are called The Emeralds. So you should not be confused while choosing the stone, just buy it according to your budget". The stone, allowing some light through it, or may be no light, the astrologer takes in his hand with a big convex lens. "hmm, its an original emerald. Good." No results. No good fortune. Still waiting. So you see, everything ends here. Including the end of the belief in Gemology and Jyotish. What you say is right. Gemstones are not poor man's remedies. The right gems follow their path to right one (with exact understanding). blossoms, Ketan. Terms of Service.
