Guest guest
Om Namah Shivayah, Well, it seems that there is a little bit of a leela going on with this wedding thing... I am hoping someone here will be able to help me out. I have been trying for a few months now to find someone who can confirm for me that I will be able to have my wedding on the 1st Devi Bhava, not the 2nd, but no one at the MA Center has responded to my e-mails. I have also e-mailed Jani, who apparently coordinates the weddings, also no reply. I have inquired at the MA Center in person, but no one seems to know how these things are decided. Some of my family members have already bought plane tickets, and the prices are going up for those out of town friends and family who haven't yet. I haven't been able to order or send any invitations because I have no idea if I will actually be able to get that date. Finally, now the website and tour brochure I just received says that the first DB in San Ramon is "tentative." WHAT DOES THAT MEAN???? Please, someone out there know something about any of this because I'm starting to seriously freak out. It's less than five weeks 'till my (hopeful) wedding and I would love to actually invite my friends and family. AMMA! GRRRR! HEEEEEELLLLPPPP! Guest guest
Looking at the mailing, it appears that the first Devi Bhava is listed as tentative. That might explain it. > I have been trying for a few months now to find someone who can >confirm for me that I will be able to have my wedding on the 1st >Devi Bhava, not the 2nd, but no one at the MA Center has responded >to my e-mails. Guest guest
Janni was just in Israel, and came for Mother's darshan in NYC on Tuesday. And some other people from the San Ramon ashram were as well, so that could explain some of the delay in the response. Probably no one can tell you anything because only Amma knows for sure what the plan is. Is anyone reading this who is with Mother and would mind trying to ask Her directly on Prajna's behalf? It's so natural to be anxious, Prajna. But try not to worry. Everything's going to be all right. lots of love, Prashanti
