advice needed

i hav 2 childrens one 11yr male,another 3yr female.

 

The 11 yr old male suffering nasal bleeding. Occures monthly or

bimonthly. Some advised Vasarishta with Pravalabasma. But not cured yet.

 

Another 3 yr old female suffer chronic constipation.

 

carrot juice and draksha helps a bit, but problem stil.

 

Experts pls help me

11yro may have low platellates in blood. medicines suggested in above

messages will take care.

 

For 3yro, at bedtime, take 1 cup milk, 1 cup water. mix and boil on low heat till 1 cup remains. Remove from fire and let cool to lookwarm. GIve her one yellow skin banana to eat slowly with proper chewing and then take milk. Banaan relives constipation gradually and also stops loose motion. Is not it wonderfully acting both ways? Eliminate white floor and tabel sugar from her diet. increase leafy green soups.

As per ayurved term, Nasal bleeding is a type of

urdhvag raktapitta..... Shonitargal ras is the best

tretment to stop the bleeding from any where..... And

for local repairing, nasya of sphatica water is

recommended..... Dr Bhimani.
