Dear Sai Brothers and Sisters,

 

OM SAI RAM. Praying to Our Beloved Sai that His Blessings are with each and

everyone of you at all times.

 

Even today the Most talked about Festival in Venkatagiri is the "Poleramma

Jathara" where the Godess of the town - Poleramma is taken out in a

Procession throughout the Village and then there is a Big Pooja in the

Temple. This is famous till date. When Our Bhagawan came in the early 60's

to Venkatagiri, there were hardly a Few devotees and people who used to come

and see Swami, Once Bhagawan came the day before the Poleramma Festival,

when The Procession stopped at the palace, Everybody was surprised  to see

Swami come out and then to the astonishment of everyone Swami gave a Full 10

minutes of the History,incidents and everything connected with the Goddess,

Swami gave such Wonderful Speech that even the oldest people in the Village

who were well versed with the Goddess's history were dumbfounded and staring

blankly, Venkatagiri got the First instance of Bhagawan's Divinity, the Next

day there was the Traditional "Anna Dhanam" or Poor Feeding, Overnight News

of Bhagawan's wonderful Discourse had spread and at least three times the

expected number of people turned up to see Swami and hear Swami's Divine

words, Halfway through the Anna Dhanam food was over and the concerned

people were getting jittery, Swami sensed the Mood and chided everybody by

saying that  "Meeru tapulu chestaru, kani na dhagariki vachestaru, Swami

anni chusukovali meaning "You commit the Mistakes and you come to Me to

solve them, Swami has to look after everything" Swami went to the Kitchen

where the "Sambar Rice was made and took a sample and tasted it and said

"Bagunadhi, andhariki Pettu" meaning "Very tasty, serve to all", Serve to

all, but where was the Food, Swami had almost tasted the Last Morsel, Before

Cook could ask Swami anything another person had dipped the plate in the

Container and a whole plate of Sambhar rice miraculously appeared, The

Vessel became a Bottomless Pit, Every single person was fed, Word Spread and

Venkatagiri was never the same again, Even today the very famous Poleramma

Procession is stopped only once before the Palace of the Raja of Venkatagiri

and before Bhagawan's Photograph.

 

Leela's of Bhagawan are great, This leela transformed a Village and the

surroundings and people flocked to hear and see Swami like never before.

 

I would like to thank all the Dear Sai Brothers and Sisters who had enquired

about Mannar, He is in need of help and By Swami's Grace and Love will be

better in the days to come.
