Try a spoonful of Methi seeds boiled in a cup of water

to 3/4 cup and drink when lukewarm morning evening

when stomach is relatively empty. It should be

harmless with no side effects; but helpful in arthritic

cases as tried by many O/A patients suffering from

knee pain, where walking is unsteady. But other Vaidyas

may please confirm.

The boiled leftover Methi seeds can also be eaten with

breakfast or otherwise. Add a spoonful of jaggery for

taste if your health permits.
