Dear Dr. Naaz

i think i never read to call Shilajeet camphor to original camphor. Because Camphor is herbal product and shilajeet is a minral that is taken out of mountains.

i suggest following mixture of herbs that removes armpit or body odor at any rate

take -

Ela - chhoti elaichee - 10 gsm

Haridra - Haldi - 10 gsm

Kesar - kumkum - 10 gsm

Sarson- mustard seed- 10 gsm

Mustak - nagarmotha -10 gsm

Sweat Chandan- White Sandel powder - 4 gsm

Chironji - 10 gsm

Mix and grind properly and take some of mixture, put in three tablespoon of Mustard oil and make a paste properly and apply there , where u need to remove. it definately works on

In some cases cigarette smokers emit odor.

Regular intake of ONE of the following or BOTH ingredients will relieve you

from odor:

*Half Gram Camphor once or twice a day......*Not the cubed one that is

easily available in grocery shop. It is artificial with chemicals.

Burning on huge amount is harmful.

Original camphor is called Shilajeet Camphor, available in Ayurvedic shop.*

*You can also use externally under arm pit. In few days odor will be gone.

Most commercial brands of deodorants contain either aluminum

chlorohydrate or aluminum zirconium. These compounds are very soluble

and are readily absorbed by the body. Once in the body, the aluminum

portion of the molecule ionizes, forming free radical aluminum

(Al+++) This passes freely across cell membranes and forms a physical

plug, that when dissolved is selectively absorbed by the liver,

kidney, brain, cartilage and bone marrow. It is this concentration of

aluminum that has been the source for concern in the medical

community, and has prompted the research being done on Alzheimer's

disease and Breast Cancer victims.

The human body has a few areas that it uses to purge toxins: Behind

the knees, ears, groin area and armpits. The toxins are purged in the

form of perspiration.

Antiperspirant, as the name clearly indicates, prevents you from

perspiring, thereby inhibiting the body from purging toxins from

below the armpits. These toxins do not magically disappear. Instead

the body deposits them in the lymph nodes below the arms since it

cannot sweat them out. This causes a high concentration of toxins

that leads to cell mutation the common name for this condition being

Cancer. Nearly all Breast Cancer tumors occur in the upper outside

quadrant of the breast area. This is where lymph nodes are located.

Hence do not worry about arm pit odor. It indicates body detoxifying

very old toxins. Very old toxins give bad odor as per this authors

experience on liver detox to few cancer patients. In your case body

has only arm pit as an option. How to open other options? Open the

pores in other areas by using either a mud soap, pumice stone to

lightly rub the skin, or ayurvedic soap powder which author will

cover in a separate post related to bathing in a day or two. It may

be best to get lymph nodes checked for swelling/pains.
