Guest guest
namah sivaya brothers and sisters, om santi, what sanatani wants to do is already being done by others; see the ads in "Immortal Bliss"; there are at least a dozen and some of them simply mention that a certain percentage of proceeds ARE DONATED to the MA Center. and I am reasonably sure that even those who do not mention it also donate some of their profits; it's good business; the more they donate the more the profits; unless it's not for their highest good, karma, etc there is a DISCLAIMER: "Neither the Holy Mother(M.A.), M.A. Math, M.A.Center or Immortal Bliss has approved, evaluated, tested or reviewed, in any manner, the goods/services advertised in this magazine. In some case, devotees of Mother have voluntarily offered to donate a share of their profits .....Receipt of such contributions should not be construed as an endorsement/approval of the goods or services." that's the legal jargon. basically, my 2cents opinion is that first the business or service has to make it on it's own and be successful enough to generate profits part of which then can be donated to Amma's Charities. so, what's the problem? what stops us from helping each other? good luck sanatani with amma's blessings. of course, do check out the lagality of all this( as surya suggested ) which I suppose can get a little complicated. amma bless, amarnath Ammachi, Kenna <itskenna> wrote: > > Namah Shivaya. > > Sorry for not qualifying. > Just meant that for nonprofit status, political activity is out. > Mailing lists can't be used to promote political causes, campaigns, etc. > It's why Keval was right in blowing his whistle on this child's post about > Darfur, even though technically this list isn't an MA center activity, still > it's best to honor the same boundaries. > > Sorry for stirring things up. > premarupa > > > Namah Shivaya, > > This was interesting.
