Guest guest
Don't take me for my word -- the following is mere assumption that may, or may not be correct. As far as I'd heard, "Hakka" is a Chinese dialect spoken by natives of a certain province somewhere in the southern part of China. I've never heard of a "Hakka bead" and don't know what it looks like. However, red is considered a lucky color in Chinese culture. Hence many Chinese use red stones. Just assuming here that "Hakka Bead" May Be a type of red carnelian, red coral or red spinel. In Taiwan and Japan, red carnelian is also popular. Many are made into "spiritual bracelets" or malas. A Tibetan form of Buddhism was brought to these countries aeons ago by a monk who traveled to study it in Tibet and who gained enlightenment. The spiritual bracelets and malas (Buddhist type), are made with a spacer bead (usually siler) in between every 9 beads of red carnelian, coral or spinel. Would be interested to hear from anyone who might know more, thanks. , JOSE REYMUNDI <stargate40> wrote: > > dzi beads is just a piece of agate with a use of a old art technic but no so far some agate have they own mark lines make by nature the tibetan people believe in the power of dzi bead they think that dzi came from the sky send it by the gods but it's not truth the first who making those beads are the persian or turkish i have one of those bead they call it the tiger dzi bead for good luck., now i would like to know what is a hakka bead it look like red or orange coral.could you know what it is? > To send an email to: " on the web.
