Guest guest
its hard to judge her condition only from your descriptions the green color suggests a little gastric irritation and excess pitta have you tried the bilva yet? if not, take the bilva and boil with fennel seed, and take with sugar to taste - this should help in my last post i made a number of suggestions... another possibility is b/c she has taken the antibiotics, the are few bacteria left in her gut to form a proper bowel movement so, every day give her some freshly, home-made curd, on an empty stomach also, i don't know what "normal" food is, but try to stick to easy-to- digest foods including rice, steamed vegetables, washed moong dahl, a little egg perhaps, but no dairy or flour at this point, heavy meats and excess oily or hot foods - some fruits like banana and papaya are acceptable on an empty stomach (not sure what fruits are in season in india right now....) and not to lecture you at all (b/c i am a parent i know what its like), but next time you might think twice about using the antibiotics unless you have a specific test that indicates a bacterial infection, since if the cause is viral (as it might have been in this case), they won't help and tend to make the situation much worse best... todd On 28-Apr-06, at 4:52 AM, ayurveda wrote: > Message: 9 > Fri, 28 Apr 2006 02:57:29 +0100 (BST) > Sraboni Dutta <sraboni_muk (AT) (DOT) co.in> > Re: Re: diarrhoea in children > > Hello, > My 13 month old daughter is having a diarrhoea- dysentery kind of > problem for the last 10 days.
