practice you are suggestion........you would really have to ask your Temple

Priest this question as the 2 Mukhi Rudraksha is not the same as Siva

Linga.....they are two seperate realities and the Mantra you are useing is the

Gayatri for Lord Rudra..........the 2 Mukhi Rudaraksha represents Ardhaneshwara

the combined image of Lord Siva and Goddess Parvati so what you are suggesting

really doesnt make sense to me........need to refer you to the closest Temple

Priest in your area that you may be able to find on www.hindumandir.us

I have 4 rudraksha with me as told earlier.

7/9/12 mukhi in gold pendent and i wear it on and off in gold chain.

2 mukhi rudraksha : which i have kep in my bag.

I dont have shiv ling for puja at my home.Nor I feel I will be able to install it.

Now, is it possible that after i take bath in the morning in my bathroom , I

shower the cool water on this 2 mukhi rudraksha alongwith chanting 24 times "

gayatri mantra for Lord Mahadev.ie

" Aum Tatpurushaya vidmahe mahadevay dhimahi tanno rudra prachodayat " .

considering 2 mukhi rudraksha as a proxy for SHIV LINGA.

Please guide.

Namaskar and welcome to the group...........actually you can do this if you wish

however a suggestion would be to keep seperate Beads for Water Therapy........if

you use your other beads for water therapy you would have to clean them first

and then after useing for water therapy your beads would have to be oiled

again........so is really best to get the water therapy beads on the Rudra

Center website www.rudraksha-ratna.com as they are specifically selected for

this use
