Guest guest
Many apologies for the mistake on my part..............I understand your feelings exactly as I have gone throught this phase transition myself..............although this bump on the Path is uncomfortable you are going through what seems to be a normal process of Self Realization.............This experience is little spoken about from what I have seen however there is a time in many seekers lives where they release enough karma and surface from the veil of Spiritual Bliss to find themselves again in the same world they had thought they could circumvent with a Spiritual Path..............If you continue your practice you will work through this and counseling with another Spiritual Mentor would also help..........What you are feeling is part of the Path to Enlightenment leading to Fearless Life......Becomeing Enlightened is only the first difficulty.......next step is what will you do once you become Enlightened in a world that is steeped in the Kali Yuga..................Seems once someone on the Spiritual Path goes completely through this phase transition they become Fearless and the anxiety will stop as long as they keep their energy gained from their Spiritual Practice contained within themselves and they do not become depleted in any way........The 15 Mukhi Lord Pashupati Rudraksha supports this process........This is a good time to redouble your efforts with your Spiritual Practice and maintain some type of isolation from others except for a Spiritual Mentor.......Then you will come through this phase transition in good order at a faster rate............takes a lot of silence and meditation at times like these Fearless Life comes to people at different ages however it can be described also as acceptance that this world we live is experienceing one of the worst Ages of darkness that can be experienced............... if we can accept this and at the same time use all our confidence and strength of self identity to be our best when times are at their worst then we can seperate pain from suffering and treat them as seperate issues to conquer our momentary fears as they arise.........everyone has this fear at some time or another however this is only one step on the path of Enlightment and am sure you will get through this.........This feeling you are haveing could also be interpreted as a sign to have a medical check up to make sure all is well in your Neurophysiology............seems in this age we have to take hints from our feelings and follow them with our intuition and make use of medical and alternative medicine to maintain our balance The combination you mentioned is a good one.......From what I have learned the 11 Mukhi Lord Hanuman Rudraksha and Manras is the single powerful bead in this Age for dispelling fear of Physical Death for men Wishing you the Best and hopeing this helps a little Aum NamaSivaya Sivaya Nama Auam DD In a message dated 1/17/2006 5:54:57 AM Pacific Standard Time, satyadharma writes: Hello DharmaDev Ji, Thank you very much for the reply. I am 38 years and male, there is no physical illness, perhaps some mild depression, maybe it could be mid-life crisis due to some external life factors. The fear of death is more like a strong growing realization of how transient this life really is, like the truth of the unavoidable is really sinking in, and the total lack of realized knowledge of what is coming when I leave this body, not so much afraid of karmic consequences, but more that I have no control of what is happening and the change and loss of current identity. This is very unusual because I didnt have this fear before and have been working with bhakti yoga sadhana and mantra meditation for some years. Maybe there is also malefic astrological effect and I should consult vedic astrologer. For 5 years, there is a broken physical contact with only close living relative mother who may pass away, perhaps some fear is being transmitted through karmic astral resonance. I was thinking of 3, 5, 9, 10 and 11 mukhi because what is described about individual and combined effects with fear and fear of death.
