needs to be resolved either through a medical and or medicine treatment that

will calm the Jiva

Physical Death with self identy and soul intact and mind and body in good

condition is not to be looked on as a difficulty..........it is the letting go

of the attachments to this world that can cause anxiety to the

Jiva..................those that have untreatable life threatening diseases

have more difficulty as they are consantly drugged and have people around them

trying to keep them alive while it is only a matter of time before they go

however they are help in odd attempt to keep them here sometimes for years

The Great Man from the Kauaii Hawaii Ashram was diagnosed with an incurable

disease a couple of years ago so he to bed in the Yoga Tradition and took only

water and in 30 he made his transition

I dont know if this will make sense however if you have your self identity and

your soul is full at time of Physical Death then this transition is your reward

for a full life and it simply a matter of letting go and getting on with your

real life

If you are feeling anxiety and depression then there may be a need for modern

medical treatments combined with alternative herbal treatments also
