Guest guest
Recently had a question about how can one awaken the Kundalini so that it would rise to the top of the head and one of the ways described in the book Gems and Rudraksha by Mr Anil Gupta is to place a Parad Mercury on the head......in the form of a Parad Ball attatched by a plastic wire to keep in place while meditating We can probably take this one step further with some added interpretation and introduce the Parad Head Mala instead of the Parad Ball on top of head as I cant figure out how a person could keep a Parad Ball in place dureing meditation as the head and body can move around during meditation Will copy some of what is in this book so you can see the system they are talking about In all the Yogic Systems there are various ways to awaken the Kundalini Shakti at the Muladhara so that it can join Param Shiva in the Sahasrara Chakra at the top of the head. This is the highest and greatest Siddhi of all Yogas. After this Siddhi the mind becomes silent and remains in perfect peaceful condition. Mercury is not any lifeless substance but the supremely conscious emblem of God. With the help of solid mercury, Kundalini Shakti can be easily awakened and it conjoins the Param Shiva in the Brahma Randhra.......The Brahma Randhra Knot in the head......... after piercing and opening all the subtle Chakras in the Spinal column By keeping solid mercury upon the top of the head the Kundalini Shakti will gradually awaken in course of time and the Siddhi will be obtained...........The Meditation time should be increased according to the persons capacity. If one feels heat in the body due to excessive meditation the it should be stopped immediately for 4 days or until normalcy is regained. The use of Mercury produces heat or energy by it very nature. When the physical body gets used to its use then it is possible to do long meditations. Hope this mention of parad head malas helps explain yet another way to influence the movement of the Kundalini in the physical body Wishing all the Best DharmaDev Arya
