I can suggest atleast 2 pranayams which i know - 1.Anulom Viloyam and 2.Kapalbhati pranayams. Hardly takes 20 minutes in a day. And if you can get Swami Ramdev Yoga Pranayam CD's - in the pranayam CD there are atleast 8 pranayams and this two are very good. This pranayams can be done sitting on a chair too. And i am sure you can see the difference. Swami Ramdevs programs are regularly shown in Asthaa Channel in India and i believe this channel is also shown in UK and USA as part of some pay channel.
