Guest guest
This is my opinion, correct me if I am wrong, it is true you feel the energy surge when you meditate and stay focussed on meditation. But Ego and god or spiritualism do not go together, if you let go of your ego completely (it is not easy to do) then your thinking and spirit will merge with divine, I think this is the real awakening you can call what ever you want. There are ways to do it, the ones I know 1. Service 2. Self-realization through meditation, which will lead to service as you will realize your duty towards god. 3. Karma, through achievement in your field, which will again lead to service. --- shanta kumari <sreenu427 wrote: > Dear Friends, > > As regards kundalini awakening what I know is that > it can be awakened > through rigorous meditation and guidance from an > enlightened guru. > > I had purchased a book "kundalini awakening" > written by one R.Venugopalan > and published by B.Jain Publishers, Paharganj, New > Delhi .The book is written in simple language and > easy to understand by anyone.
