Guest guest
Dear Freind Is really impossible to wear Mala all the time unless you never bathe and live a solitary life........mala can sometimes interfer with sleep so we suggest you place on night table on red cloth by head of bed when sleeping......or if you are comfortable sleeping with mala on then this is OK also.........In the first 40 days we only suggest that you wear once each day at some time........can be at time of worship or meditation or all day while at work....the first 40 days is the most important to wear at least once a day........and then there may be a day where something takes place in life and it seems you will not be able to wear the mala that day.........that day is to be recognized as a day of breakthrough regarding your intent and purpose for wearing the Mala.....on that day you simply have to wear for at least one hour at some time in the day .........and then continue wearing once each day for the remainder of the 40 days hope this helps Wishing you and Family the Best Rudra Center America DharmaDev Arya In a message dated 10/13/2005 8:48:55 AM Pacific Standard Time, gagandeepsodhi writes: > > > Recently i have purchased Rudraksha Mala consisting of 4,5,6,7,8 > Mukhi's in a Red Thread. > Before sleep iam removing this Mala and next day after bath iam > wearing it again. Guest guest
Dear Friend Namaskar and thank you for your message..........this is a difficult question to answer as we dont know how many extra hours you are putting in at your job......if you are over working or staying up late at night and on weekends.....the Mala you describe really shouldnt make you sleepy because it is a balanced Siddh Mala and if anything should be giveing you more energy and balance........Malas do calm the Neurophysiology and you do have the One Mukhi and 14 Mukhi on the Mala however if you have the other beads from 2 Mukhi to 13 Mukhi this will usually balance all this out unless that is exactly what they are actually doing.....maybe you are over working and you do need more rest and sleep.......only a suggestion hope this helps Wishing you and Family the Best Rudra Center America DharmaDev Arya In a message dated 10/13/2005 7:02:58 PM Pacific Standard Time, gtbadman2001 writes: > Subj: Re: RBSC : Query regarding Rudraksha Mala > 10/13/2005 7:02:58 PM Pacific Standard Time > gtbadman2001 > Reply-to: > > Sent from the Internet > > > > i wear my mala ever soo often but what i find is that > when i wear it, i tend to get very sleepy even at > work? Guest guest
MahaDev Dear Rishi Ji Goodness.........going to bed at midnight and getting up at 6 is only minimum 6 hours sleep...........human bodies really arent built for that amount of sleep over long periods of time because human bodies are regulated for about 8 hours minimum for good health.....if we take example from farmers then they are in bed shortly after sundown and up shortley before sun rises with at least 8 to 10 hours sleep.........hopeing you can regulate your schedule to gain more sleep as this will improve the quality of your life and your wakeing hours hope this helps Mitra DD In a message dated 10/14/2005 7:04:03 PM Pacific Standard Time, gtbadman2001 writes: > > > thanks for your reply Ji > I will continue to wear and see.. i have a very light > duty kind of work, as i only work 9 to 5 every day > once ina while until 8 but thats it, and i usually go > to bed at around midnight and get up at 6.
