Guest guest
Namaste Trevor, Agree absolutely with Sri DDji and Anand Nortel in relation to your concerns. As far as i am aware too, there aren't any taboos in Holy Texts about when a person can or can't wear rudraksha. Also would like to mention that Anand's put it very well when he said """"""....... it is only the Rudraksha beads that have such privileged position in the texts as almost everything else has a dos/don'ts attached.""""" (To Anand, you've nailed it, thank you!) As Rudraksha lead us to the Upa Guru within, hence i'm also in total resonance with Anand's last paragraph about "listening to one's inner self" regarding such matters. Sincere bhakti, trust and faith are all that matter when it comes to rudraksha wearing. Hope this helps quell your concerns.
