Are Rudra Centre Rudrakshas blessed before sending to the customer?

Namaste:

 

I have one question; Can I start wearing the Mala and the pendent I

bought from Rudra Centre straight away? Are these Rudraksha products

already sanctified? Or do I have to perform any pooja or any other

ritual before wearing it? In the book that came along with the

product,

it is mentioned to do a lengthy pooja procedure which may not be

feasible in Dubai as Panchagavya and other ingredients can not be

arranged. Please reaply
