Mantra for Shiv-Shakti Kavach/tahtrik version/how?

In the tantrik version of the Maha Mrityunjay mantra, should we add

and end the words that you said, at each count of the mantra? Or like

this-> say the starting part then - Maha Mrityunjay mantra 27 times or

one mala - then the end part??
