Guest guest
A paramahansa was wandering past a villiage. In the villiage the young men were argueing "Who is the greatest Deva (Deity)?" And it was a heated disscussion. One of the young men spotted the Sadhu walking past and told his friends, "That sadhu knows the truth! I'll go and ask him!" His friends laughed, but off he went and started walking next to the Mahatma, who remained silent. Finally the young man asked, "Guruji Maharaj, pray tell, who is the greatest Deity?" The Sadhu remained silent, and the young man had to repeat his question 2 more times. The holy man replied to the young man, "Yes, I can show you! But first you must qualify!" The young man said, "Please, Guruji, I can qualify!" But the Guru replied, "No, I don't think you can qualfy!" The you man repeatedly insisted, "Yes, Swamiji, I can do it!" So the Sadhu stopped and said, "Very well! Remove all your clothes, trade them for a bag of peanuts, then stand in the villiage square and shout, "A peanut for every child who slaps me!" The young man was shocked and said, "Impossible!" The paramahansa just kept on walking... Send instant messages to your online friends http://uk.messenger.
