Japam look simple, but when we start doing it continously,the joyful happiness is there. Don't worry,make sure you should have enough sleep,drink lot of water and mind must free yourself. Take deep breath and slowly release it,keep doing 5 times and talk your heard that your are find,relax your body. my body totally relax: tell few time and noe I am going to do japam.Ask all the guru's,gods,angles,please come and strenthens my body;relax my body;give your power;always help me to the right direction;teach me all the manras; I well come you all;please pray for me;I thankful for your kind support and help......
