What is the solution for women 40 days sadhna? + sweat.

Dear guru Dharmadev Aryaji,

The women have nature call for 3 to 5 days every month. And if the

rudrakshas are not supposed to be worn during the menstrual cycle,

then how can the women perform the 40 days sadhna of rudrakshas?

Is it allowed atleast for one hour on those days?

 

And, what is the reason behind not to wear during that period? Is it

due to the heat generated by the rudrakshas?

 

Another question is, I found out that there is a lot of sweating on my

body continously the whole day when I wear the rudrakshas. Is it for

some period? or the heat and sweating is going to be forever?
