Dear Prasana Ji

Namaskar and thank you for your posting.......can wear at night however

sometimes mala may tangle and disturb sleep........good suggestion would be to

place on red cloth on night table by head of bed or place in under you pillow

inside your pillow case between pillow and bed......minimum wearing for first 40

days is 1 hour to 4 hours daily however some wear all the time except for

sleeping.......effects from wearing take place immediately when you place on for

first time..........as to seeing effects.........this differs with each person

according to their Dharma and Karma and Intuition.........just be open to the

different forms of change that take place as you wear and see the Goodness that

comes your way

hope this helps

Wishing you and Family the Best

Take Care
