A.G. ============== Vaghela's Message As follows: Hi, I remember a post last week on this astrologymantra.com where their rudraksha was overpriced. i have been on their website and got rudraksha recommendation from them... they recommended me 14mukhi but unfavarable was 5 and 13 mukhi. However, i have read and been told that there are no -ve effects from rudraksha and that people confuse the effects of gems with rudrakasha. Anyway, i enquired this back to them and got this some what unpolite and arrogant reply (a little suprising coming from a "non-profit organisation" >>>>>>>> ----------------- This is their answer --------------- "Astrology is so vast that the knowledge that one has could be only 1% of the knowledge that one doesn't have. And all 'well known and respected' Astrologers should know and understand this before making any contradictions. I paid for the "Problem Solving" service from them to see what it was about as i did have many ill luck and finacial probs. I got the reply and one of the remedies was to tie a cotton thread around your wrist for 41 days<<< anyone know what this is about??!! Another was to have a glass/cup of water beside the bedside at night when i go sleep<< can someone explain this please!?? First things first, India astrology is a knowledge that got passed down ages. It has survived all the invasions, wars, cultures etc. How much of it is left today, we all don't know. Another thing, I am sure there would be the 'logic' behind most of the genuine remedies recommended at that time. Over a priod of time, the 'logic' seems to have got destroyed or that knowledge or research seems to have got faded away. (also, with new technology and medicines now, some of it may seem irrelevant). Humans have also progressed since then (I hope). What has left today is the final results of that research in the form of Astrology, ayurveda, astral body phenomenon etc. I sincerely feel, the day we are able to disocver the 'missing link' between Indian astrology - Ayurveda - research based scietific explanation; we will be able to decipher the MAGIC UNIFICATION THEORY which has been a subject of research since the days of Einstein. Till then, lets all collectively contribute, experiment and share our results to add to the knowledge pool. May the supreme light be with you.
