Guest guest Posted May 8, 2005 Report Share Posted May 8, 2005 Namaste Ketanji, Benefits of rudraksha is a fact.Many resources are out there to explore.May I humbly say that one of the simplest but profound befenit of rudrakasha is to help any one on a spritual journey.I am wearing rudraksha for this simple reason.I am not sure I would testify just to prove anything..One has to constantly overcome obstacles for self realization and in my humble opinion sacred seed helps me to overcome my many hurdles.. May I suggest you that by simply reading the wonderful postings and messages you will be remarkably benefited.I mean no offense to you,should be feel that way my sincere apologies.With love and prayers.
