Guest guest
Dear Rajinder Singh Wow you are way off on this one......Gujarat cuts almost 95% of the worlds diamonds and the Mumbai Gem Market has some of the finest stones in the world.......your last comment really doesnt work either as it speaks of self education........is easier and safer to rely on the International Gemologist Certificates for any gemstone that are issued in all countries includeing India.......they have standards and Rudra Center has supplied some of our gemstones to clients with Gemologist Certificates.........your message wasnt harsh......it just wasnt correct.........was your experience only and everyones experience is different........by saying dont purchase any stones from an Indian retialer you are missing out on a majority of cut gemstones that go through Gujarat and the Mumbai Gemstone Market Place makes no sense not to buy for those who have the most expertise and business in cutting the gemstones and the Gemology Certificates to prove it DharmaDev Arya In a message dated 5/8/2005 4:18:23 PM Pacific Standard Time, rajinder.gill writes: > > > Hi, > > As far as I have seen, including a trip to India myself, nearly all > gemstones that are available in India are flawed, for some reason the > good stones go everywhere else. Guest guest
Namaste Ketan, (When Sri Richard Shaw Brown has time to come online, he will be able to answer your questions with gemmological expertise). (Big Brother Alan Scherr, are you around? Your insights will be highly appreciated, sincere thanx Meantime, to cut a long story short, all gemstones in the world (in this Kali Yuga) contain one flaw or another. No 2 stones are alike. If you want highest grade gems with little or minute flaws (almost flawless), we are talking tens of thousands of dollars. Uparatna (secondary gems) can be used as substitutes. An accomplished Jyotishi will be able to advise you about how many carats of an uparatna to obtain in order to achieve the same results similar to a costly Ratna. If you happen to be tantric and see no duality, then all gems are flawless and one then leads by example by becoming a "Living Gem", in your own right. Aversion and non-aversion are 2 sides of the same coin Bountiful blessings, Jai Bholenath Simone , yourstruelyprince <no_reply> wrote: > Hallo > Dear Gemologist please tell me something. > About the gems, it is said that the gems that we wear should be cut in > dimensions.
