It may the case that I am not able to understand the effects of the same. Can anybody tell me the experiences of Ek Mukhi Rudraksha ? and How much time it actually takes to show these effects ? May I suggest that you meditate using the mantra for the ek mukhi or another for Shiva. The ek mukhi's effects are subtle, strengthening awareness and aiding in the performance of sadhana.
