You are very kind with your words, bless you I haven't "taught"

anyone nor yourself anything. All that you require, need, want

and "Have" as in Wisdom, is already "Within You". All i merely do,

is refresh others' memories, perhaps from preceeding births

 

Agree with you regarding Mudra. See, you already know! And yes, it

works, especially for those who make the effort and find time to

practice regularly.

 

I haven't seen the movie titled "Baba" but would love to see it one

day. Its hard for me to get Indian movies in Australia but I will

try to track this one down.
