Dear Vandana.....(and to all friends)

There has been a great Sufi tradition in India.....which advocates and sings

praises, to fall in love with GOD. ( the sufis are so engrossed that they also

start dancing while singing the hyms....)

Also, even in Gita ... Krsna says...to Arjuna......that utmost form of love you

should have....the ultimate attachment you should have....is that with

GOD....alone.

These kind of emotional outbursts occur when that Love towards that supreme

force evokes within us.

While it engulfs us for those moments, our Soul is overwhelmed with so much of

affection oozing out....and we start crying.....

Go ahead....let the crying happen....fall in love with that supreme light call

GOD!! It will leave you a lot more peaceful and at ease with life.

May you feel the supreme light!!!

was all about river Narmada. The programme was very informative and

worth watching. I became very emotional during the programme and

started crying. Never done this before. Is this normal? Any input
