Shiv Shadha and controling the mind/ To Roan

Thank you all for providing so much guidance to me. I am a learner

hence I can only ask questions on this forum and learn from it.I am

in no way a very significant contributor of knowledge but i am glad

to know that my queries bring about so much experiences to light and

we all get to share knoweldge of the learned ones.

 

I shall certainly update you with my feedback regarding my progress

with shiv shadhana using all the tips I have learnt from this forum.
