Dear Friends

Hari Om!

I was watching the Yatra programe which come on Sky on sunday morning

for the first time as it was recommended to me. The sunday programme

was all about river Narmada. The programme was very informative and

worth watching. I became very emotional during the programme and

started crying. Never done this before. Is this normal? Any input

will be apprecited.

Om Namah Shivai!

Jay Shree Ganeshai Namah!

This is quite common when the energy of Bhakti arises. These tears are a

blessing. Sri Ramakrishna said that people cry buckets of tears for family, for

relations, for wealth and property, but that if you just once cry tears for God,

then you are truly blessed.
