Guest guest
Namaste char Pranaams Neilji, Its winter in the UK and the entire Northern Hemisphere. Cold temps and hot temps alike can cause mould to appear on beads. Person may have gone out in the rain, returned home but forgot to take off bead and let it dry naturally, say placed near the warmth of the hearth or fireplace. He/she may have kept it exposed to damp, etc. Several explanations for this. And...... some body condition types can actually cause mould due to certain chemicals and oils from individual's body type. Please ask the person the above questions. Pretty sure one of the abovementioned might have occurred.. Please keep us posted. Shall try to assist as best I can within my humble capacity and as time permits. Much much love from your sister in Shiva Simone , "trikashaivism" <Trikashaivism@o...> wrote: > > Namaste all, > > Someone has came back to me with a 3 mukhi silver capped bead which > has a dusty looking faint mould growing on it. Guest guest
Namaste Simoneji, Already checked out the wet and spray chemical reasons before hand, hadn't considered body type though. I will giving the bead a good cleaning and oiling and see how it fairs. It belongs to my partner's sister and she is (to my knowledge) very careful with her rudraksha. But any more queries with it and I will of course (be scratching my head) and turning your way! : ) Hope you are well, Om Shanti Neil P.S. Will be in touch soon
Guest guest
Salutations Blessed Sri Neilji, Pls ensure bead is completely dry before oiling process.. Turn my way any time you wish, dearest Brother in Shiva. I'm at present innundated with 1 zillion matters and weighed down heftily. Need to crawl under a rock soon and curl up for good kipper. Catch ya later.
