Mustard Oil versus Almond oil with Sandalwood mix

Sri DDji is right about mustard oil being able to burn up karma

quicker as it is under Lord Agni's governance. Whether one uses

mustard oil or not, is up to individual intuition and whether you

like the smell or whether it is cold pressed oil.

 

Here's my two cent's worth below......

 

In my very humble opinion:

Some folks whose charts are afflicted by Mars usually cannot stand

the smell of mustard oil especially when wearing.

 

>From an aromatherapy aspect concerning skin health conditions, cold

pressed almond oil contains components that closely resemble those

of human skin, thus is it beneficial. Sandalwood is known to heal

certain skin conditions too. So these two oils combined are the

best mixture as far as I am concerned.

 

Again IMVHO :

Mustard oil can also irritate sensitive skin and cause imflammations

for those with hypersensitive skin texture. If skin irritations

persist, it is then necessary to consult a dermatologist. Or simply

go to a doctor for a prescription of a suitable cream, though

chemical based, it may offer quick relief for skin problems.

 

It will be wise to test mustard oil on a patch of the arm to see if

it is compatible with your skin texture type and not cause rashes or

itches. Try this for one day and you will see if its right for you.

 

If not, then experiment with Almond oil mixed with sandalwood

essential oil. Or olive oil mixed with sandalwood essential oil.

Only a couple of drops of essential oils are needed. Do not use

synthetic perfumed/fragrant oils.
