Thanks for telling me Anand is your first name You see, I sort

of assumed you were a swami or yogi of sorts with the term "Anand'.

 

When you stand in front of the murti, if the trunk is curved to the

left, then its Left Trunk Ganapati.

 

When you stand in front of the murti, if the trunk is curved towards

the right, then you are looking at Right Trunk Ganapatiji.

 

You can pester all you like This is what I'm here for when

members are genuine. All questions are never stupid when it comes

to religious matters. As children of God, we are all stupid in our

own respective ways. What one does not know, another can complement

or help us. In this group, we try to assist one another with

warmth, respect and love. So whenever you have questions, ask any

(as if the picture were not merely the picture but treated as

physical being and hence had left and/or right sides). I know that
