Dear Sunilji

Namaskar Mitra and thank you for your message.........is said in one book by

Subas Rai that 5 Mukhi that pacifies planet Jupiter will help to work on

Diabetes however we do not have the internal formulas that might be used as the

Rudraksa are probably ground up and used with an Ayurvedic Formula..........the

other problem is there are different types of Diabetes to contend with and with

peopole at different ages react differently to different

medications..........best suggestion is to follow the instructions of your

Family Medical Doctor

who is trained in Diabetes Control and if you wish to wear the 5 Mukhi that is

OK to..........then after this there may be an Ayurvedic Doctor out there that

has an Ayurvedic Rudraksha Formula for Diabetes however again a thorough

identification of the type of nature of the Diabetes needs to be identified and

medical doctors are really best for this over experimenting with internal

Rudraksha Remedies because medical doctors already have proven methods they use

each

day

hope this helps

Thanks and Take Care Mitra

Pls allow me to say few things. First what would be the condition of your BP.

Secondly, Homeopathy has wonderful remedies which could be of good help. Pls

consult a good practioner and work out a constitional remedy. This has greatly

helped my mom and she was out of this BP state. Rudras do help. The basics here

would u must have the faith and believe so that the body gets intune with

necessary vibrations for healing purposes. Logically medical world will not

agree to this fact. There are cases proving otherwise.

Just be with the tune and u will be shortly out of this state. I am sure most of

us would agree to this.

Omm Shanti, this mantra i have found to have alot effect on the BP patients. So

why not say it. Pls note we should at least say 5000 times to really feel the

change in state.

Omm Namoh sivaya.

"Om Namah Shiva"

Dear Vandana,

I am no expert but I have been told that, yes it is best to use a 5 Mukhi

Rudraksh to help with controlling high blood pressure but that (in addition to

wearing them) you should place a few beads, say 2 or 3, in some water overnight

and drink that water first thing the following morning without brushing your

teeth or taking anything else.

I do not know about other beads but I am sure that someone far more

knowledgeable will be along to confirm the beads and best method(s) to help you

and I shall learn also.

Please take the advise of Shri DharmaDevji.

In addition, to benefit all the diabetic members in this forum, I would

like to share an information. My friend's mom, who is diabetic, takes a

powder every morning in water. This miracle powder helps her to keep her

sugar level at a great level. This powder is made of "pagar kai" (Tamil

term) and couple of other vegetables. The botanical name is "Memordica

charntia". This is the most bitter thing one could eat and that is why

it works, I guess!! They basically dry this vegetable and powder it and

sold in a bottle. I don't know if this is available in US.

Here is another useful link for Indian vegetables and their medicinal

values - http://www.chennaionline.com/food/healthandnutrition/ayur1.asp

For Blood Pressure - Celery is a great medicine. Take celery in any form

and it should help. Also immerse tulasi leaf in a glass of water and

drink the water the next day - same as Rudraksha bead treatment and this

GREATLY helps in keeping the BP under control. My dad has been doing

this for several years and he is 73 and his BP readings are better than

mine! The tulasi powder is also available in Indian ayurvedic stores.

Hope this helps....

Dear Sunilji

Namaskar Mitra and thank you for your reply........first suggestion is to

tell american doctor about this extra stress you are under and what it is doing

to you........then he will prescribe medication for you

I have no suggestions for going to India to find anything on Diabetes because

I have not run across any literature on the subject and it is complicated

because there are different types and as you have stated different needs for

medication due to working extra hours combined with the stress......there also

has

to be a strict diet and possibly exercise regimen for some

hope this helps

Thanks and Take Care Mitra
