Guest guest
Dear Friends Is it just the 5 mukhi that controls the high blood pressure or does any other mukhi control it. Is it ok to wear just one bead or does one have to wear multiple rudraksha for high blood pressure. Any input will be much appreciated. Om Namo Shivai Om Ganpathi Namah! Guest guest
"Om Namah Shiva" Dear Vandana, I am no expert but I have been told that, yes it is best to use a 5 Mukhi Rudraksh to help with controlling high blood pressure but that (in addition to wearing them) you should place a few beads, say 2 or 3, in some water overnight and drink that water first thing the following morning without brushing your teeth or taking anything else. I do not know about other beads but I am sure that someone far more knowledgeable will be along to confirm the beads and best method(s) to help you and I shall learn also. Guest guest
Dear Vandana, I have blood pressure starting from a young age of 28. I have been wearing two beads of 5-mukhi and 1 bead of 1-mukhi (as per my Indian astrologer's recommendation) for the past few months and my BP is staying in a great level. I am also taking a very small daily maintenance dosage. I guess wearing 5 mukhi itself if sufficient. I don't think the number of beads matters. Rudra Center also sells water beads for BP control. Even though I have them, I still couldn't regularly do it. I do it once or twice a week and then forget to do it for the next few days. Hope this helps. Guest guest
Dear Vandana, Pls allow me to say few things. First what would be the condition of your BP. Secondly, Homeopathy has wonderful remedies which could be of good help. Pls consult a good practioner and work out a constitional remedy. This has greatly helped my mom and she was out of this BP state. Rudras do help. The basics here would u must have the faith and believe so that the body gets intune with necessary vibrations for healing purposes. Logically medical world will not agree to this fact. There are cases proving otherwise. Just be with the tune and u will be shortly out of this state. I am sure most of us would agree to this. Omm Shanti, this mantra i have found to have alot effect on the BP patients. So why not say it. Pls note we should at least say 5000 times to really feel the change in state. Omm Namoh sivaya.
