Dear Ram Ji

If you bought your Mala from Rudra Center then it was Blessed in your name

and no one had worn it before shipping to you............if you wish to energize

your self or have priest energize then use the Rudraksha Shabar Mantra that

is on our home page.......it is in Devanagari and in English and can be

repeated by priest in Puja..........if a person does not have a method to do

puja

then is best to go see priest and let him do the honors

to help with reciteing mantras please see website www.sanskritmantra.com and

the book Healing Mantras..........sanskrit mantras are taught by

phonetics.........if you know the english language then you can pronounce the

sanskrit

mantras as they were meant to be chanted........also tapes and CDs on this

website

hope this helps

Thanks and Take Care Mitra
