Dear Ram ji

Namaskar Mitra and thank you for your message

best way to keep mala is in mala bag in a special box in meditation room or

in your bedroom at the head of your bed on night table.......place on red cloth

and cover with red cloth

each couple of months soak in warm to hot water for about 5 minutes then

while beads are under the water take a soft plastic tooth brush and brush them

lightly to remove accumulation of any foreiegn materials

then let them dry on clean paper towels or lay out in sun on paper towels to

dry

once dry brush mustard seed oil on beads with same tooth brush and then place

beads on paper towels again to take all the excess mustard seed

oil.......after they lay on towel for about an hour then roll them in cloth

towel to remove

last of excess mustard oil as this oil can stain clothing

Energizeing a Mala in a Temple brings forth and energizes the value and

merits of the beads in the wearers name............enlivens the mala so that the

energies are ready and ripe when first worn

Siva Purana says that the wearing of the mala itself creates the Blessings

also.........so whenever you wear you add to the intensity of the

Mala...........is said in India that the intensity of busting up the Karma or

going through

spiritual breakthroughs can make malas break due to the intensity of what they

are dealing with

The wearer energises the Mala each time the Mala is worn.......if you wish to

do more then we have a CD for puja purposes on our website called Rudraksha

Dharan and Puja and you can use this for personal Puja to further energize your

mala and your environment........you can also take mala to Temple in your

area and Priest will do a Puja to energize even further if you wish

As a final solution you can always send back to home office in Mumbai and Mrs

Neeta will have it energized again at the Temple there however the wearing

itself energizes the mala each day so there really isnt a problem with haveing

to re energizeing the mala unless someone else has worn your mala

hope this helps

Thanks and Take Care

I have been wearing a Siddh mala for the past year. This mala has one mukhi to

14 mukhi beads and a Gaurishankar bead. I wear this mala during meditation time.

What is th eproper way to take care of this mala? What does it mean to energize

a mala? Does one need to energize Siddh Mala? If so, what is the proper

procedure?

Namaste Dharma Devji,

Thank you for a detailed explanation. I had got this mala made in India and am

not sure if before I got it anyone had worn it. So I would like to get it

energized just in case if it was worn by some one else.

What exactly am I supposed to ask the local temple priest to do, I mean, is

there a specific puja to be done which I could ask for, to energize the mala?

Alternatively, if I request the Rudhraksha Puja and Dharan, can I energize the

mala on my own. Does the CD come with all instructions. I am not very good with

reciting mantras.

Thanks.

Ram -

Can you please provide me how the siddha mala is working out for you? Did you

see any improvement in your health, wealth, peace or anything of those sort. I

am not looking for any materialistic benefits in particular. I am planning to

get a siddha bracelet. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Namste Maheshji,

Wearing the Siddh mala gives you peace of mind and tranquility. When I want to

get away from this world, I go into the meditation room and wear the mala. It

definitely gives you a very peaceful feeling.
