If u allow me to aid u in the "Hot " climate over here, u could take alot of water-melon, honey-dew which has in itself naturally the properties to reduce the inner temperature of our mankind. Periodically, gingerly oil massage and soak in this oil does a marvellous effect on the inner heat. I have been told if u mediate use often the left nostril. This by breathe will neutralise the impact of heat and retain the benefits therein.Pls note the massage should always be done away from the body. Why not give it an attempt. U are at liberty to correct me if i am wrong. A questionji, how often are we to do the oiling on the rudras. I am wearing them and only have them removed at night. I do wash them during my baths.
