We are childless and were recommended the appropriate mala. We have been wearing the mala since then. Two days back we had been to a temple and the temple priest happened to see the mala on my wife's neck. He asked me if it was an original mala and I replied "yes". He advised that ladies arent supposed to wear rudraksha mala. Rudraksha is a symbol of Lord Shiva and shouldnt be worn by ladies. Is that true? Could you pls advise and shed some light on this?
