Though I don't understand sanskrit, my question is can these casettes played at home? If yes, are there any precautionary measures to be taken? I normally play such things either in the mornings or in the evenings. It is not to be played while smoking or drinking alcohol. The reason, as far as I know, is that rudram remain as the centerpiece of all Vedas. So playing rudram is playing Vedas - again as far as I know of. I could be wrong on this. I am not aware of any audio format for each Vedas. I will find out more on this on Thursday when I meet my Rudram teacher. Hiraji from Canada also requested a CD for him. If there are more such requests, I can get those CDs send them to you (or) you can buy it online too.
