For reducing stress after a hectic work, please do "Pranayaama" for 20

mts or so. That will relax you down a lot (or) do "Savaasana". This is

basically lying down on your back legs and hands little away from the

body and eyes closed and chant "Om Shanthi Om shanthi" for 20 mts or so.

The key factor is to do it a quiet room. Most important thing to

remember is not to fall asleep !!! I am not kidding... many people fall

asleep when they do this. My dad is one good example!!!

Doing pranayaama has dual benefit - it relaxes you and also helps you to

do controlled breathing (if you do it the right way) which helps your

lungs and enhances your respiratory system.

Hope this helps.

  • 2 weeks later...

In regards to Shani's transit...it depends largely on your individual

chart. The effects will vary from person to person based on their

astrological body.
