My Dear Ms.Vandana,

Its so wonderful to see the meaning of the Gayatri Mantra. I have been chanting

this since long time with out knowing the meaning. I am so happy to see this

now. Thank you very much for this.

Best regards

Dear Vandanaji

Can you tell me why you use the short form of the Gayatri as it seems to

leave a lot out of the Mantra sequence

Dharamdevji -

The mantra you mentioned in this email is "Pranayaama". In fact it is

not complete. Gayathri is part of Pranayaamam. You need to add the

following lines to complete the mantra:

Om Maapo Jyotheerasaga Amirdham Brahmam

Om Bhur Bhuvasva Om

Gayathri Mantra itself is :

Om Bhur Bhuvah Svah, Tat Savitur Varenyam

Bhargo Devasy Dimahi, Dhiyo Yonah Pracho Dayat

Hope this helps

Dear Umaji

Namasksar Mitra and thanks for question

Yes and one of the places they can be found easily is in the works of Thomas

Ashley Farrand at www.sanskritmantra.com and the book Healing Mantras that can

be found on his website or amazon.com

There are many other Books, Astrologers and Gurus that can provide these

types of mantras also

Wishing you and Family the Best

Thanks and Take Care
