Installation only once. But you can do the puja as often as you like. That is always good. ALSO: Yellow sapphire, IF free of flaws, is very hard to break or scratch. For swimming and hard work there is no need to remove it. Remember we wear it in certain palnetary condition which u called muhurat and nakshatra. Hence if you remove them and wear it again that changes. If you need to do that than at the time of wearing it you have to take care of all the things which you did while wearing it first time. Its sincerely advised to never wear broken gem.
