Rudraksha for women

Hi,

I have a basic question about the complications of women wearing

Rudrakshas.

We have a 7 year old and 2 year old boys at home. My wife stays home

and takes care of these two. Needless to say, it is the most

difficult task to do. From 6 AM in the morning till she goes to bed

at night, she has been spinning around the house to do all the

household work. I am helping her in whatever way possible. She is

getting so stressed during the weekdays and wants to do something

about it. I have suggested her to prioritize things and not to try

doing all at once etc. She is going to try all of those suggestions.

In the meanwhile, I was telling her about the rudraksha – she also

knows about them – and its medicinal values. She asked me if there

are any specific beads to basically "calm down" (or) "relax" a

person. I remember reading an article about 1-mukhi for this purpose.

Please correct me if I am wrong.

Also, as we all know women can't wear them during their cycles. Are

there any other restrictions for women? Is it okay for men in the

same household to wear rudrakshas during those days?

Dear Maheshji

Namaskar Mitra and thank you for your reply......yes I understand....am not

challenging either...........I can only go by what one important Brahmin Woman

told me about this in India.........If it is a problem to wear at these times

the mala can be placed a the place of worship in the home until the proper

time to wear

to be really specific about the purification process the womans body is

always pure and it is only the fluids not needed that leave the body at the time

of

purification each month that are not pure............would not suggest that

you change your orthodox family belief system however I often wonder why the

majority if not all the Holy Books are written by men............... and women

are often so limited in some forms of worship and participation in family life

at certain times of the month.............. when they are actually the reason

mankind exists at all.........without women there would be no mankind or

worship by mankind......maybe another mystery of Kali Yuga

There are many different forms of religion practiced from one part of India

to the next so I would suggest you stay with what is comfortable for you and

Yes suggesting 2 pair of the 2 mukhi Rudraksa......one pair on each side of

Center bead gives a 5 Bead Balanced Mala

India different people have different ways of doing things so any color thread

You must, of course, follow your own beliefs.

However.. yes.. I am sure that women can wear rudraksham all of the time.

I am a woman. I have worn beads 1-13 mukhi, in mutiples, 24/7 for months at=

a

time. The beads have never brought me any negative impact. In fact.. I am p=

resently

under a malefic mahadasa. Because of wearing the beads, most of the harm th=

at was

predicted has never come to pass. Those painful lessons that have been karm=

ically

inescapable for me have been softened greatly. And, I have also enjoyed som=

e

surprising benfits that were NOT predicted or envisioned.

I am aware of numerous other women who have enjoyed the same effects.

Some brahmin sages (I'm sorry.. I can't remember whom, at the moment) have =

begun

to opine that women are actually CLEANER during their monthly flows. Becaus=

e the

unused (by the egg) blood is LEAVING the body.
